How to Get Deleted Contacts From Google Account

Learn how to back up and restore apps, contacts, photos, and data on the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Pop 7.

Back up apps

1. From the Home screen, tap All apps.
2. Scroll and tap Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Tap Google.
5. Tap on the email account signed into this device.
6. Note: Make sure that App Data is checked.
7. Tap the Menu key at the top right-hand side of the screen.
8. Tap Sync now.

Back up contacts

Backup contacts to Google account

1. From the Home screen, tap All apps.
2. Scroll and tap Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Tap Google.
5. Tap on the email account signed into this device.
6. Make sure that Contacts is checked.
7. Tap the Menu key at the top right-hand side of the screen.
8. Tap Sync now.

Back up contacts to SD card

1. From any home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Menu > Import/Export.
3. Under 'COPY CONTACTS FROM,' tap Phone.
4. Tap Next.
5. Under 'COPY CONTACTS TO,' tap SD Card.
6. Tap Next.
7. Select the contact(s) to copy.
8. Select the VCard file to import, then tap OK.

Back up media & pictures

1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
2. Tap Photos.
3. Tap Menu > Settings.
4. Tap Back up & sync.
5. Tap the Auto Backup switch to the ON position.
6. You must be logged in to a Google account to back up your pictures and videos. If necessary, follow these steps:
   1. Tap Backup account.
   2. Tap Add account.
   3. Follow the prompts to log in to or to create a Google account.
7. Set the 'BACKUP STORAGE' preferences:
   • Photo size
     • Full size
     • Standard size
   • Get more storage
8. Set the 'BACKUP SETTINGS' preferences.
   • Back up photos
     • Over Wi-Fi or mobile network
     • Over Wi-Fi only
   • Back up videos
     • Over Wi-Fi or mobile network
     • Over Wi-Fi only
   • Back up local folders (on/off)
   • Roaming (on/off)
   • While charging only (on/off)
   • Back up all
